Meditation Continuing with the previous post, I believe you people have completed 3 days of meditation, now thinking about the next steps to be followed. Before proceeding further, comment me the day wise experience what you have noted. Second Round of Meditation Sit in your comfortable position close your eyes, count from 1 to 60 in your mind, once 60 is completed open your eyes slowly, the experience of this 60 second meditation will differ from person to person,  make a note in your book each day what you experienced while meditating. we will analyze your experience in coming days. When you are doing 60 seconds of meditation for first time you may feel drowsy, itching, body ache, headache & be uncomfortable don't worry these symptoms are common when you are doing for first time, as the body and mind need equilibrium, which needs some time to adopt. Repeat the above steps for 3 days continuously & make a note in your book each day what

Meditation The word meditation by my insight is to mediate between body & Mind, t o Deep dive into oneself to explore the world within.
