Meditation Continuing with the previous post, Namaste In my last blog we have discussed about Synchronized Deep Breathing  SDB   breathing techniques which i have explained in detail,  I believe  by know  you have  practiced the above and benefited by SDB.  To start next breathing technique you must have practiced for Min 36 days with min 24 cycles. Which enable you to easily practice this technique as your body would have adopted SBD technique.       This Technique called  Synchronized Short Continuous Breathing  (SSCB), as the name suggest we will be practicing the inhaling & exhaling in a short duration of time in a synchronized way rhythmically.   To your choice you can practice SSCB in any one of the previous meditated positions comfortable to yourself or you can try all the postures once and decide which is comfortable to you. My suggestion is to to do this in all the postures in cycles to get the max benefit which can be helpful in near future.  Steps to be followed for SSCB

Meditation Continuing with the previous post, Namaste By know we have completed one cycle of basic meditation, which will be helpful to lead a healthy & mindful life which will help you in a progressive future. Keep a positive attitude towards your life. Accept that there are events that you cannot control in your life Be Cam, Composed & confident, express your feelings & opinions freely Be social & spend enough time with those you enjoy. Today i am going to introduce you to a simple breathing technique called Synchronized Deep Breathing (SDB) which i have used in my life which is beneficial in many situations. Meditation Continuing with the previous post, By know by practicing  9 days of standing meditation regularly body balance with mother earth will be fully established  if you are able to stand for min 15 minutes with out your body moment. If you still feel some more time is required, you can practice this for another 9 days to 18 days. There is no hurry be patient its a natural process body will get used to it once equilibrium  of body and mind is established you can stand as much you wish. Now its time to take next step, from know till next 24 days we will practice the new posture of meditation. Before proceeding further, comment me the experience what you have noted till now. Meditation Continuing with the previous post, I believe you people are practicing the meditation regularly. Now its time to take next step, moving out of your comfort  (posture of your choice to meditate) to next step. From know on wards till next 9 days we will practice the new posture of meditation. Before proceeding further, comment me the experience what you have noted till now. Standing Meditation  From today on wards we will start the new posture of meditation standing posture . Stand in a place which is comfortable to self to meditate, make sure you choice a place where there is some silence to start with. It can be your room, balcony, terrace, garden or park or in a middle of a forest. Stand quietly with eyes opened & observe for a while your surrounding do not react to any of the surrounding disturbance, once your mind is in sink with surrounding atmosphere you can follow the below procedure.   Now close your eyes, observe your breath for a while let it be natural do not f

Meditation Continuing with the previous post, I believe you people have completed meditation for a while now or if you have discontinued no worries, you can start fresh, if you are still practicing the meditation its good. Before proceeding further, comment me the experience what you have noted till now. Meditation  Sit in your comfortable position close your eyes, if you are practicing regularly by know your mind would have cam down & certain equilibrium would be achieved by now. Do this exercise for 3 to 5 Minutes or if you can extend continue for 5 to 7 minutes, once  completed open your eyes slowly, the experience of this  meditation will differ from person to person,  make a note in your book each day what you experienced while meditating. we will analyze your experience in coming days.
