Continuing with the previous post,

I believe you people are practicing the meditation regularly. Now its time to take next step, moving out of your comfort  (posture of your choice to meditate) to next step. From know on wards till next 9 days we will practice the new posture of meditation.

Before proceeding further, comment me the experience what you have noted till now.

Standing Meditation 


From today on wards we will start the new posture of meditation standing posture. Stand in a place which is comfortable to self to meditate, make sure you choice a place where there is some silence to start with. It can be your room, balcony, terrace, garden or park or in a middle of a forest. Stand quietly with eyes opened & observe for a while your surrounding do not react to any of the surrounding disturbance, once your mind is in sink with surrounding atmosphere you can follow the below procedure.  

Now close your eyes, observe your breath for a while let it be natural do not force your breath or alter the equilibrium of the breath. Do this exercise for 3 to 5 Minutes or if you can continue for 7 to 9 minutes, once  completed open your eyes slowly, the experience of this  meditation will differ from person to person. As your are doing this for first time you may be off balance for some time, no worries its natural, make a note in your book.


Repeat the above steps for 9 days continuously, if you are comfortable you can extend the duration  of meditation gradually & make a note in your book each day what you experienced while meditating. we will analyze your experience in coming days.
