Continuing with the previous post,

I believe you people have completed meditation for a while now or if you have discontinued no worries, you can start fresh, if you are still practicing the meditation its good.

Before proceeding further, comment me the experience what you have noted till now.

Meditation 

Sit in your comfortable position close your eyes, if you are practicing regularly by know your mind would have cam down & certain equilibrium would be achieved by now. Do this exercise for 3 to 5 Minutes or if you can extend continue for 5 to 7 minutes, once  completed open your eyes slowly, the experience of this  meditation will differ from person to person, make a note in your book each day what you experienced while meditating. we will analyze your experience in coming days.

Doing meditation after a gap may feel drowsy, itching, body ache, headache & be uncomfortable don't worry these symptoms are common when you are doing after a break, as the body and mind need equilibrium, which needs some time to adopt, others who are continuing by know the mind would be in a cam state or after some sec/mins of sitting for meditation may enter the cam state which is good, the first barrier has be crossed and ready for long haul. 

Repeat the above steps for 7 days continuously & make a note in your book each day what you experienced while meditating. we will analyze your experience in coming days.
