Meditation do it your self

Meditation

Continuing with the previous post,

Namaste

In my last blog we have discussed about Synchronized Deep Breathing SDB  breathing techniques which i have explained in detail, I believe by know you have practiced the above and benefited by SDB.

To start next breathing technique you must have practiced for Min 36 days with min 24 cycles. Which enable you to easily practice this technique as your body would have adopted SBD technique.

This Technique called Synchronized Short Continuous Breathing (SSCB), as the name suggest we will be practicing the inhaling & exhaling in a short duration of time in a synchronized way rhythmically.

To your choice you can practice SSCB in any one of the previous meditated positions comfortable to yourself or you can try all the postures once and decide which is comfortable to you.

My suggestion is to to do this in all the postures in cycles to get the max benefit which can be helpful in near future.

Steps to be followed for SSCB

  • Start with Synchronized Deep Breathing SDB for 12 cycle through your nose
  • Once the SDB is complete for next cycle start SSCB. Inhale and exhale (breath in & breath out) through your nose in a synchronized way in rhythm, no pause to be given in between the breathe  you can vary the length of the breath in each cycle or continue in a same length of breath
  • Experiment the above exercise in different length of breath in one or in different cycles but in a synchronized manner
  • Repeat the SSCB exercise in cycle of 12 to start with 15 sec per cycle, gradually increase to 24, 36, 48 cycles for 12 days to start with and increase accordingly with cycles & length of cycle respectively.

This can be practiced depending on your health condition, consult your doctor before starting this exercise.  If you feel uncomfortable while doing this exercise take a break & continue. Still problem persist consult your doctor immediately.

Do not force or rush as if you are to accomplish a task, this is life saving exercise be patent and calm, let your body and mind find a equilibrium.

Share your experience, if any doubt share in the comment box i will reply

Disclaimer: The above mentioned is of my personal experience, the state achieved by practicing regularly & by following previous blogs..No claim is made of sure results as experience can differ from person to person depending upon their state of mind equilibrium.
