A Daily Routine to Align Our Natural Rhythm of life (Life Meditation)

Daily Routine for Healthy Adults

From my perspective, following a daily routine aligns us with nature’s rhythms each day. over time we have lost the ability to hear the natural circadian rhythms (The natural cycle of physical, mental, and behavior changes that the body goes through in a 24-hour cycle) of nature. 

People are only now beginning to understand exactly how important it is for the body to stay in rhythm with nature.In our modern world, it is becoming a challenge to align our body with the laws of Nature.

Our priorities have shifted from from being existential to comfort and lost the way running behind finances, leisure, bad habits unhealthy food habits etc. Many times, we are so bent on our daily activities that we ignore our health and well being in order to achieve what we believe is of utmost importance at that particular moment. 

With TV & Cell phones with social media giving us instant access to anywhere & anyone in the world, these “distractions” may take us out of balance and we lose alignment with the rhythms of nature.So, how do we realign our routines with the rhythm of nature? Daily responsibilities and stress aside, following this simple daily routine will help us get on track. We can start slowly by implementing our routine in a manner that is not stressful to us or our schedule. If easy, eventually we can accommodate all the best techniques and use them as tools to keep our mind, body and spirit balanced.

Morning
1 Arise early in the morning, lean towards right side wake up & sit quietly for few Minutes with closed eyes. Pray for a healthy and happy day head for whole of the mankind & universe by holding both palms together in open position facing your eyes, slowly open your eyes slowly looking your palms, chant mantra of your choice and pray for well being for your Guru, Father, Mother, family and friends rub your palms warm up eyes & face & slowly get out of your bed.        
2 Finish your daily morning routine 
3 Drink a cup of warm/hot water
4 Warm-up exercises, stretches, Breathing Exercise & Meditation
5 Have any Healthy drink  
6 Bath or shower, preferably with warm water (comfortable temperature)
7 Pray to god according to your faith  
8 Wear clean and comfortable clothes, suitable to season and activity.
9 Enjoy a light breakfast 
10 Start your outdoor activity such as Work or study
11 Drink plenty of water in between, avoid caffeine drinks.
 Afternoon 
12 Have a lunch consisting of balanced foods. 
13 Take a rest after lunch for about 10-15 minutes, to de-stress you body and mind.
14 Continue for Work or study.
15 Have a soothing drink, herbal tea around 4 to 4.30 PM
Evening  
16 Return to home & relax spend time with family
17 Meditate for 20-30 minutes, have Luke warm water before 15 minutes to meditate. 
18 Leave an interval of 20-30 minutes between Meditation and dinner.
19 Have a dinner consisting of balanced food
20 Walk for 15-20 minutes after 1 hour .
21 Relaxing & recreational activities.
22 Early to bed by 9:30-10:30 p.m. The ideal is eating three hours prior to sleep.

Sneak peek to Align Our Natural Rhythm of life :

  • Use Mobile & TV in a limited assess, do not becomes addictive, the radiation emitted from these devices are harmful in long run. 
  • Drink 2 to 3 Liters of water per day, thought the day not at once.
  • Keep occupied yourself  for 8 hours a day either you are a working, student, Homemaker, doing Business or Agriculturist.
  • Explore the world, which gives a hands on experience of different cultures and lifestyle by which you will be aware the world you live in.
  • Help others in any form.
  • Be a good listener(active listener)
  • Be curious, optimistic & have a positive attitude towards your life 
  • Lead a positive social behavioral life
  • Be a Nature protector
  • Eat Homemade food as much as possible (cooked from organic products)
  • Pray to god before eating & start with first byte praying to food to give good health by having it.
  • Once in a weak have oil bath [Rub your body(head to toe) with Coconut oil/Castor oil] & immerse yourself in sun for 30 Minutes & have a Hot water bath.
