In today's hectic world we are running behind every thing without knowing what for & how far, by doing so we are in stress day in & day out & are anxious of the outcome, get anger for small things in the way, which is pushing our selves in blink of addictions, suicides & crimes.


Anger is like a Air balloon it keeps on accumulating until its max point is reached & get busted if not released in time, it stores in your subconscious mind. As you keep on accumulating, without releasing it, a small spark may burst and devastate one's life along with his family forever.

In order to face this challenging world you should be prepared mentally & physically. by regularly practicing  Meditation & Breathing exercises mentioned in my previous post to over come much of the daily stress, anxiety & anger. But you should regularly practice it without fail with convection & positive frame of mind.     

Tips to over come StressAnxiety & Anger 


Below i have mentioned some tips which are effective in controlling the above, 
  • Deep Breathing exercise
  • Meditation
  • Walk on grass
  • popping bubble wrap 
  • Get a Massage 
  • Hot water bath
  • Swimming
  • Freak Dance 
  • listen to your choice of musics
  • Cause of anger to be shouted out
  • Jumping
  • Clapping
  • Gardening (mud digging)
  • Crawl & visualize your childhood 
  • Running
  • Playing with the ball
  • Writing the cause of stress & destroying it.
  • Taking to wall/doll 
  • Laugh out loud 
  • Talk to your near and dear once
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Gargle with water, while splitting, believe all the stress anxiety and anger is flushed out, repeat for few times until you feel better 
  • Watch movies of your choice 
  • Watch the mirror & think of your family & friends, visualize them round your
  • Light some incense, scents can help calm anxieties and aid relaxation 
  • Chew Chewing gum for a few minutes which can help release anxiety, improve your mood 
  • Head outside for fresh air to a natural environment (Park  Garden) 
  • Look up at the sky & surroundings and watch them silently 
  • Visualize yourself with someone you love. 
  • Watch the running water (Imagine all you stress, anxiety & anger is fading out as the water flow out) till you feel comfortable.
