In my previous blogs i have explained different Meditation techniques, Breathing Exercise, & about daily Routine to Align Our Natural Rhythm of life (Life Meditation). In my previous blog i have given tips how to cope with Stress, Anxiety & Anger. All these above practiced in our daily routine, will help you to build a strong immune body & mind which will help you to lead a relaxed, healthy & peaceful life. 

Once in equilibrium, you will be in positive state of mind, what come may you will have stability in thinking & judgement.Which leads towards right path of life, 

Once you are in this state of mind, you view life & surrounding in a broader spectrum, which in turn you starts to think your true destiny & what am i here for. Once this taught comes to your mind, it opens a Pandora of box, which  transforms your life towards soul searching. 

You are now into a state of mind called  True conscience.

In this state you start to question yourself, is this what I want to be doing with my life? Is this really how I should be living?

you start in-depth, honest evaluation or examination of your life's values, work, relationship & emotions regarding your life's path. This true conscience will dive internally  into the deepest corners of your conscience and working to understand yourself at a profound level so that you can live with purpose.

Once you've examined or evaluated yourself and realized your core values and Destination, it is easier to live with purpose.

The key to True conscience is, spending time alone and allowing your thoughts to regroup and streamlining them to live with purpose. 

Here are some effective ways for soul searching to guide towards True conscience.

1. Spend time alone with your thoughts

Evaluate your feelings & know what is important to you, by minimizing distractions and spending quality time with yourself will help you to discover your self. 

Find time and place to be alone. Disconnect yourself from dear and near once & social media, take a break from socializing and relax with yourself. 

Think about how you're feeling in your day-to-day life, feel how much you are satisfied and think where you have scope to grow to achieve your goal,  

Put all your taught together and prepare a action plan for achieving, set goals for weak month & years to come. Once you have answer to these questions with yourself, you're ready to take action.

2. Reevaluate your life. 

It isn't just an evaluation of your internal self; it's an evaluation of how you are relating to the world. Think how your everyday life is supporting or diminishing your values, motivations and authentic self.

Are your relationships helping you grow into the person you want to be? Is your career fulfilling your life's motivations or passions? Do you dedicate time to your self, personal pleasure or passions? How are you representing yourself in the day-to-day life? Once you have answer to these questions about your life, consider how you can better align your practices to your purpose. Outline a plan, make a resolution or talk through your realizations with a partner to realign your relationship.

3. Connect with new relationships.

Connecting with new people, building new relationships can open your mind to life's diverse potential by opening your eyes to another's life experience. learning new things or renewing the old, improving your communication, exploring different things can potentially reflect something you didn't realize about yourself. This is then way to enrich your day to day life and deepen your sense of human experience. This opens up a new way into your future. 

4. Let pass the Emotions  

Emotions are part of our life which comes across which effects our day to day life. Negative emotions especially intense ones like shame, grief and disappointment can take up a lot of head space & effect our health considerably. Learning to forgive others, forgive yourself and forgive the forces beyond your control will naturally carve out more space in your life for happiness. This can be achieved by regular practicing meditation which i have mentioned in my previous blogs.    

5. Never give up.

What happens in your life is a journey, not a destination. The journey is life till we dissolve. But destiny is what we are and how we are & how we are intend to be. Ups and downs are part of ones journey, which are our testing times which make or break our desired destiny.  We should be mentally strong to over come the situation and reach our destiny No matter how difficult a chapter in your life is, happiness is always around the corner. Newer give up attitude should be your mind set. 


The above mentioned steps helped me to overcome obstacles in my life which i shared above. Determination & working hard towards achieving you destiny and practicing meditation is the way forward for happy life.
